Overview

The Agency of Human Services is seeking a self-motivated and detail oriented individual to fill the Data Analytics and Information Administrator position with the nationally recognized Blueprint for Health program in the Agency of Human Services. This position will be responsible for managing and processing payments, data analytics, required reporting for the Blueprint for Health program and any proposed expansion of Blueprint services and payments.

Environmental Factors

Work is performed in a standard office setting, but travel may be required for which private means of transportation should be available.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate degree in data science, statistics, health care, public, or business administration, health care profession, or related field with academic work in statistics and health care-related research, AND two (2) years of professional experience in statistical or policy analysis, business or public administration, or professional report writing.

OR

Master's degree in data science, statistics, health care, public, or business administration, or related field with academic work in statistics, AND four (4) years of professional experience in statistical or policy analysis, business or public administration, professional report writing, and involvement in program and/or policy development.

OR

Bachelor's degree in public health, health care, public or business administration, health care professional, or related field with academic work in statistics and health care-related research AND six (6) years or more of professional experience in statistical or policy analysis, business or public administration, professional report writing, and involvement in program and/or policy development.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in data analytics using statistical packages and database management applications with complex data sets.

Subject matter expertise in the health care delivery systems and experience working with medical administrative data.
