Overview

This position responsible for management of the systems infrastructure in use by Adult Protective Services. This may involve business analysis, information systems administration, planning and management, data analysis, and reporting work. This position is also the lead on the management of the Vermont Adult Abuse Registry. Liaison with DAIL legal department, grant integration, and oversight of records and temporary staff are also under this position. Adult Protective Services is looking for a candidate who is forward looking, can contribute in leadership, and can identify and implement system and infrastructure solutions.

Environmental Factors

Duties are performed primarily in a standard office setting. Some work outside normal office hours may be anticipated. Stress from deadlines may be anticipated.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree AND one (1) year or more of experience using database applications to manage and analyze data and to build data collection and reporting systems used in business operations or in undergraduate or graduate schooling.

OR

Associate's degree AND two (2) years or more of experience using database applications to manage and analyze data and to build data collection and reporting systems used in business operations or in undergraduate or graduate schooling.

OR

High school diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years or more of experience using database applications to manage and analyze data and to build data collection and reporting systems used in business operations or in undergraduate or graduate schooling.
