We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data & Dashboard Intern to support our organization's efforts in aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data through Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI. This internship provides hands-on experience at the intersection of data management, risk monitoring, and public accountability reporting.
The intern will contribute directly to three priority workstreams:
- Building internal dashboards that support leadership monitoring of key operational and strategic risks,
- Aggregating data from multiple sources and making it accessible in SharePoint
- Developing external-facing data outputs that communicate performance metrics transparently to the public.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Data Science, Information Systems, Public Policy, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Basic experience with or coursework in data visualization or business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse, or other Microsoft data connectors.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis.
