Overview
The Department of Liquor & Lottery is in search of a Liquor Warehouse Worker to join our team!
This position involves shipping and receiving fragile alcoholic beverage cases and related items in a central warehouse for the Division of Liquor Control using a computerized warehouse management system. Specific duties will vary according to assignment, and typically include operating a fork lift or order picker, counting and inventory control, product loading, packing split cases, occasional special order delivery, and other duties by request. Incumbents are required, on a daily basis, to pick cases of liquor from stacked warehouse stock and to lift, by hand, boxes weighing 40-55 pounds.
Valid drivers license preferred.

Environmental Factors
Duties are performed in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Incumbents preferably should possess a valid driver's license. Incumbents are required, on a daily basis, to pick cases of liquor from stacked warehouse stock and to lift, by hand, boxes weighing 40-55 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
OR
Completion of eighth grade or higher AND one (1) year or more of clerical, inventory, sales, warehouse, or stores experience.
