Overview

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) seeks to fill a new position in the Community Justice Unit as the Assistant Director of Court Diversion.

 

The Court Diversion Assistant Director, working closely with the other two members of the Unit, will consult and coordinate with providers and other partners to develop a statewide Pre-charge Diversion program.

Minimum Qualifications

Six (6) or more years of experience administering or managing a humans services program INCLUDING two (2) or more years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or team lead.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in criminal justice or a human services field.

Experience with program planning and evaluation in restorative and community justice.

Knowledge of Vermont’s criminal justice system.
