Overview
As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will be a leader on a dynamic, cross-functional team that works to improve business processes and enhance alignment with organizational and strategic goals. In this role, you will collaborate with State business partners to determine project scope, define business requirements, and document current business processes and business rules to identify areas for potential business transformation. You will collect and analyze quantitate and qualitative data to understand current process performance and define performance measures that will be used to evaluate the success of transformation efforts. This role will collaborate with other ADS teams to design solution options that adhere to the strategic vision and reality of the ADS Enterprise Solution Ecosystem and leverage tools that will most appropriately meet the business needs of our State business partners.

Environmental Factors
Duties are performed largely in a standard office setting. The role involves intensive interaction with departmental officials who may advocate strongly for their programs. Implementation of recommendations may be difficult because of competing interests and limited resources. Rapid response in the face of tight deadlines may be necessary. Evening and weekend duty, although rare, may be anticipated.
Minimum Qualifications
Six (6) years or more of Business Analysis experience at a professional level.
Preferred Qualifications
CCBA/CBAP certification.
Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related subject.
