Environmental Factors
Duties are performed in an office setting. Considerable travel is required, and incumbents may be required to use either a state-provided vehicle or a private means of transportation. Incumbents may encounter reluctance or resistance from clients or other individuals in providing necessary information. Incumbents must be able to work under stress within tight time limits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years or more of experience at a professional level in public health, health care administration, or a closely related field, INCLUDING two (2) years or more in program administration.
OR
Associate degree AND six (6) years or more of experience at a professional level in public health, health care administration, or a closely related field, INCLUDING three (3) years or more in program administration.
OR
High school diploma or equivalent AND eight (8) years or more of experience at a professional level in public health, health care administration, or a closely related field, INCLUDING four (4) years or more in program administration.
