Overview

The Retail Operations Manager at the Department of Liquor and Lottery's Division of Liquor plays a crucial role in leading and enhancing the operations of our 86 retail stores. This position demands a proactive and adaptable leader who can effectively balance operational efficiency with employee development and customer service excellence.

Environmental Factors

Duties are performed in both standard office and field settings. Frequent visits to retail sales locations through the State will be required, for which private means of transportation must be available. Some work may be required outside of normal office hours. Remote/hybrid work available.

Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) or more years of retail management, operations or merchandising experience.  

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
