Overview

Are you looking for a fast-paced, multi-facetted position? The RESEA Facilitator conducts Interviews fact-finding, and analytical inquiries at a technical level involving eligibility review for continued UI benefits and direct reemployment service delivery for the Reemployment Services Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Program. Provides information and access to an array of labor exchange reemployment services to unemployed claimants including job search assistance, job referral, resume assistance while consistently demonstrating positive, well-informed, respectful interaction will all customers. Duties involve intensive case management services by conducting initial and subsequent assessments of individual needs and directly providing Re-employment Services based on each client's individual goals. Assist customers with identifying barriers to employment and creating a service plan to promote reemployment.

Environmental Factors

Duties are typically performed in an office setting with normal working conditions. Some travel may be necessary, for which private transportation may be needed. The RESEA Facilitator will experience significant public and client interaction which may involve individuals who are under personal and financial stress. Incumbents must be able to work in stressful and sometimes emotional situations and treat the public with sensitivity, fairness, and tact.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree AND three (3) years or more of experience in either: employment services, human services, human resources, or vocational counseling.
OR
Associate's degree AND five (5) years or more of experience in either: employment services, human services, human resources, or vocational counseling.
OR
High School diploma or equivalent AND seven (7) years or more of experience in either: employment services, human services, human resources, or vocational counseling.
