Overview
The Vermont Agency of Transportation is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, and technically proficient professional to join the Records & Information Management team. The Records & Information Management team is dedicated to continuous improvement and excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
The AOT Records & Information Manager is responsible for the leadership and oversight of staff while establishing and administering the Agency's records and information management program. This position will collaboratively work with the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration (VSARA) and other stakeholders to ensure the Agency's records meet regulatory compliance and utilize best practices for records management.

Environmental Factors
Duties are performed in a standard office setting. May be required to lift boxes weighing 20 to 30 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in archival management, library or information science, records management, business administration, general management, public administration, computer science, legal studies, or a closely related field AND three (3) or more years of professional records analysis and records management work experience, or three (3) years of experience as a Records Analyst III or Archivist III with the State of Vermont.
OR
Bachelor's degree AND four or more years of professional records analysis and records management work experience or four (4) years or more of experience as a Records Analyst III or Archivist III with the State of Vermont.
OR
Bachelor's degree AND current status as a Certified Records Manager(CRM) in good standing, as granted by the Institute of Certified Records Managers(ICRM)
OR
Three (3) or more years of experience as an AOT Records Analyst III.
Special Requirements
Application for Certified Records Management (CRM) is required to satisfy original probation. Incumbent is expected to be certified within five (5) years of employment date.
